Role: Technical Support Technician I
Client: Global technology retailer
Pay rate: $19-23/HR, depending on relevant experience.
Start date: 12/9/2024
Duration: 11-month initial contract.
Location: On-site in Manassas, VA - Data Center environment.
Schedule: 2 schedule options (40 hours per week)
- Saturday - Tuesday: 9pm -7am
- Tuesday - Friday: 9pm -7am
This individual provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. In addition, they respond to telephone calls, email, and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Experience requirements:
- PC Hardware break/fix or assembly experience
- 6+ months of PC hardware troubleshooting experience
- May require an associate's degree in a related area and 6 months+ of experience in the field or, in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision.
- Experience with onsite networking is a plus
